Humlet Transcribe does not bundle local speech-to-text model weights in the app
bundle. When a user downloads a local model, WhisperKit downloads a selected
package from the Argmax WhisperKit Core ML model repository:

The Hugging Face OpenAI Whisper model cards currently identify the model license

Cloud providers

Humlet Transcribe talks to AssemblyAI, Deepgram, OpenAI, Gemini, and ElevenLabs
using direct URLSession HTTP/WebSocket calls. No provider SDK is bundled for
these cloud providers. Provider service terms and API terms still apply to use
of those services, but they are separate from bundled open-source notices.
